Bureau Kruislaan focuses on the daily worries of a police station in the Watergraafsmeer district of Amsterdam. Crime, violence and evictions are daily practice at Bureau Kruislaan. Theo Brandsma is the head of the investigation. Together with his assistant, Guus Bals, he tries to solve murder cases. That the work of a detective is not always a bed of roses is something the gentlemen experience every day.
