Initially, the 2nd season seems to be a big step forward from the previous season. A new inspector brings a breath of fresh air with her sexy looks and there are episodes with a lot of action. The commissioner has stopped doing crossword puzzles and the clumsy inspector from last season can now do some serious policing too. In the second half of the season, however, the episodes get progressively worse and often downright unbelievable. It's still nice to see the Belgium of 1992 again.
