Set in the 1980s in Glasgow, Scotland, The Field Of Blood focuses on journalist Paddy Meehan, who currently works as a copygirl in a newspaper office. Paddy's ambition is to become an investigative journalist. She seizes an opportunity to start her career after she becomes embroiled in a dark murder case.
