Biker Mice from Mars plot

A race of anthropomorphic mice lives on the planet Mars, whose culture is very similar to that of humans. For some time now, these mice have been waging war against the Plutarkians, a race of fish-like aliens bent on conquering the planet. One day, three of the last remaining mice, Throttle, Modo and Vinnie, manage to escape. However, their spaceship is shot down and they crash to Earth in the city of Chicago. It soon becomes apparent that some Plutarians have already mixed themselves into earthly society in order to destroy it from within. Now that they are on Earth, the three mice decide to protect the Earth from the Plutarkians.
