Job Weemoedt is a talent manager at the management agency Talent Republic in Amsterdam. He effortlessly maneuvers through the snake pit of the entertainment world to make his stars shine. He protects them from the pitfalls and temptations in their path and keeps their scandals out of the press. Until he flies around the corner and his carefully constructed world completely collapses. 'Weemoedt' gives a shameless insight into the Dutch showbiz world and into the heart of a man who has let the most beautiful possession slip through his fingers: the love of his life.
