Nice series. Not really a high flyer, but more of the category "easy watching". The short stories per 1 (in season 1) or 2 (in season 2) episodes are well put together with sometimes even a surprising twist towards the denouement. It never gets spectacular but the atmosphere is fine, just like the cast. Adrian Dunbar is just a sympathetic actor and perfect for the role of Alex Ridley. The common thread through the first two seasons, the loss of his wife and daughter, starts to irritate at some point. If there is a season 3, they better leave that out.
