In this final season of Bosch - also the longest-running Amazon Original - LAPD detective Hieronymus (Harry) Bosch goes in search of the perpetrators of a fire that killed people. Based on the story The Burning Room by Michael Connelly. It may be the best season. Everything that makes the series so good is in it: beautiful locations in LA, exciting storylines, stylish moments of rest (jazz, vinyl, Bosch's house), warm photography and characters of flesh and blood. A nice storyline I think is the one around Lt. Grace Billets, who faces harassment. There is an eye for detail, special characters and the references are numerous. For example, Bosch is named after the Dutch painter. And partner Jerry Edgar to J. Edgar Hoover, former director of the FBI. Come on.
Bosch is a hard, straightforward and honest type. Titus Welliver plays the part with gusto. But Bosch stops. There is reportedly a spin-off to the series. In addition, Netflix comes with a similar series The Lincoln Lawyer. TLL is also after the books of Michael Connelly. Stronger; in the books, main character Mickey Haller from TLL is Bosch's half-brother. So enough to look forward to. First, let's reminisce and muse on seven great Bosch seasons.
