S9 offers entertainment as usual; humor, drama and British quality. The protagonists are all in their fifties now, with new angles and entanglements. Maybe not as sparkling as thirty years ago, but certainly still one of the best drama series ever. Like a good friend you meet again after years.

The last season of this great British series for now, with the reason that the makers want to wait until the characters are old enough to enter the next phase of life, namely that of grandparents. In any case, the six episodes are as funny and poignant as ever. Hopefully we don't have to wait too long, because this is and remains simply a sublime series.
