Gespensterjäger plot
Hugo is a ghost. Not an ordinary ghost, but a MEG: a medium scary ghost. Little Tom, in whose basement Hugo lives, soon notices that evil spirits also live in the haunted villa. Tom and Hugo become friends and together with the professional but unemployed ghost hunter Hedwig Kummelsaft, they want to fight these ghosts.
