Vatos Locos plot
Raul and Estaban, two brothers with Mexican blood. They spend their childhood in one of the poorest and most violent neighborhoods in Los Angeles. One day, their father is murdered in a drug deal that got out of hand. Half-Mexican, half-Irish mobster Micky Solis takes care of the brothers, raises them and sends them into the world of organized crime and drug trafficking as 'lieutenants'. For their first assignment, they must negotiate with deadly Chinese mobsters to prevent a massacre in East and South Los Angeles. But like Micky, they hadn't anticipated that gang leader Wu King would be such a formidable adversary. Wu is not only an expert in the martial arts, he also has a private army of Chinese criminals behind him...
