Reasonable film in which two sisters are raised by their father alone after their mother dies. A nice story that has some start-up problems since quite a few time jumps are made at a rapid pace. Furthermore, it is portrayed in an entertaining and realistic way (the acting also contributes to this).

Direct story style, without frills, making surprising time jumps, is this film by the young, promising French cineaste Katell Quillévéré.

What will inevitably remain in this realistic film is the beautiful, above all natural acting of the actors and the film initially seems rather cool, there is certainly room for emotion : "Maman, can I visit Suzanne .. .?". The final scene is also a mix of realism and tenderness. Good movie.

When I saw him I knew I'd seen him before, but other than that I wasn't sure how it would end. A film about a young mother who cannot bear responsibility and therefore makes various wrong choices in order to abandon the people who love her. It is quite a beautiful and captivating film that is very well acted. But he is also a bit distant and that makes it very difficult to put yourself in the main character's place and understand why she makes such wrong choices. Anyway, even after watching it a second time, it's still a very nice film.
