How do fears, insecurities, frustrations and loves interact? What does a person want to do to survive? New tits; saying goodbye to your breasts, an embrace of life and a passionate analysis of a (broken) family. Filmmaker Sacha Polak carries the same hereditary cancer gene as Angelina Jolie and made a documentary about her own experiences and quest. Should she have her breasts removed preventively in order to reduce the risk of breast cancer? Or does she perhaps have her breasts removed for nothing and thereby rid herself of her femininity?
