"Girls Brainwashed Into a Life of Sordid Degradation and Vice"
Sadistic Olga Petroff is part of a crime syndicate. She deals in hard drugs and engages in white slavery. She lures young women to her basement in Chinatown. There, the ladies are exposed to medieval torture devices. Until they accept Olga as their mistress. The beautiful Elaine, who attends a 'marijuana party', ends up in the web of the terrible woman.
