Legendary French comedian Louis de Funès passed away in 1983 at the age of 68. He has appeared in more than 140 films including Le Gendarme de St. Tropéz and La Grande Vadrouille. Now, 30 years after his death, the great career of De Funès is looked back on through film footage, archive material of De Funès himself and interviews with fellow Gendarme actor Michel Galabru and biographer Bertrand Dicale, among others.
