A deranged man premeditatedly murders the ten-year-old daughter of a woman who is married to an actor. The killer convinces the woman that the child has been kidnapped and makes advances, which are rejected. He blackmails her into the knowledge that she possesses dirty money, while she holds an important public position in the local government.
