Da Ming Jie plot
In 1642, two years before the end of the Ming dynasty, rebels besiege the city of Kaifeng. General Sun Chuanting is released from Imperial prison to lead the defense of the city, but discovers his troops have been decimated by a fever. General Sun has no choice but to enlist the help of Wu Youke, an itinerant doctor, and rely on his radical theories.
