Hakujitsumu plot

An artist and a young woman find themselves in a dentist's waiting room. The man is attracted to her, but says nothing. Later they find themselves in the same treatment room. He is given an anesthetic and begins to fantasize about the woman being sexually abused and tortured. When he wakes up, he finds clues that it wasn't just a fantasy.
