Boetie Gaan Border Toe plot

Boetie is someone who tries every possible way to get out of his military service. He is the son of an influential politician during the Border War in South West Africa (now Namibia). To set an example for the people and win votes, his father bribes Boetie and so Boetie leaves for the army, along with dozens of other boys who could not get out of the military service. The story of a spoiled boy who develops into a man together with the other boys in his group.
