Jens and Hanna Martin both work at a Hamburg shipyard. One day, Hanna is unexpectedly promoted to manager by her boss Bernd Möller. Enthusiastic, Hanna accepts the challenge, not suspecting that she will be used by Möller as a crisis manager, who has to close the yard as soon as possible. This is of course not without consequences for both the company and for the relationship between Jens and Hanna....
