Vladimir et Rosa plot

Experimental film from Godard's Dziga Vertov time. The starting points are a photo of an orating Lenin, a photo on which he writes, and a camera. With this the filmmaker wants to dissect personal ideas about revolutionary theory and practice. An aesthetic design based on visual and verbal aggression, illusion and shock effects, and occasionally a bit of shine. Never before did Godard take his style experiments this far.
