London, 1920s. Two men, the mild-mannered Bill and the brash worker Bert, are attracted to the same woman whom they meet on the same day and at the same subway station. However, the lady chooses Bill, but Bert is not the type to be rejected just like that.

Beautifully shot romantic drama film with quite a bit of action at the end. Two men
who fall for the same woman. Bill who is gentle in character and whose advances are significant
are more subtle than those of mourner Bert and who actually turns out to be quite a cheat.
The film has a pleasantly smooth course, and occasionally also has a bit of humor.
