Arashi plot

An outspoken critic of an oppressive regime, a rock star is banished to an island of perpetual winter, led by a sadistic governor. He seems to find his only allies in a friendly guard and the crazy-looking Miranda. On the island, he is forced to record new songs for an audience that considers him dead.
