Shifeng Cao is an ex-police officer. He is unemployed and lives only on the money he has set aside during his career. Until one day he learns about the prize money being awarded for tracking down a notorious criminal. Cao heads to the 'Lazy Inn' Hotel and begins his lucrative quest.
