Leçon de Vie plot

Leçon de Vie is made up of a series of separate fragments in which poetic and philosophical themes are portrayed. In this experimental film, director Boris Lehman states that a person must first of all know what to look for, and then sets the example himself with many observations. The many different scenes in the film have just as many main characters. On display are the painter Arié Mandelbaum, the poet Marcel Piqueray, the composer Jacques Calonne, the philosopher Georges Miedzianagora as well as André Blavier, Jacques Roman, Fernand Schirren, Henri Colpi, Antoine Bonfanti and many others. They bring with them a multitude of thoughts and views and make attempts to communicate.
