Jamais Plus Toujours plot

Claire (Bulle Ogier) returns to Paris after a long period of voluntary exile following the death of Agathe (Loleh Bellon), with whom she was very good friends. She compulsively roams the auction halls in search of anything she can buy back from what once belonged to Agathe and was auctioned off. In the meantime she meets Matthieu (Jean-Marc Bory) who is also under the spell of the deceased. They start a relationship, and Claire can enjoy real life again.
