Tussen Bitch & Bambi plot

It is well known that more and more strong, ambitious, career-oriented women are finding it difficult to find a man. And now that a 'women surplus' is emerging in the major cities because more women than men are going to college, this problem is becoming more and more acute. How do women in their twenties and forties deal with this? And what is their own part in this? Are they demanding too much? Are they too bambi or too bitchy? They would like to be the sweet girl with bambi eyes instead of the hard career-oriented woman, but often don't dare to be vulnerable. Because to be able to deal with this, self-confident men with preponderance are needed. Is that perhaps an additional problem, are there not enough? In the documentary, we follow five women who face this dilemma on a daily basis in the search for what makes them happy: career, love or both.
