Dancing Machine plot

In a dance studio, three female dancers have died of exhaustion, driven by the sinister Alan (Alain Delon) or by drugs, pushed by the treacherous dancer Chico (Patrick Dupond). Ella (Marina Saura), Alan's jealous ex, tips off Inspector Michel (Claude Brasseur), who is investigating. He approaches Alan's protégé Daphné (Tonya Kinzinger), who doesn't want to hear about it until she, too, starts to doubt her demanding master and thinks he is the evil genius.
