Nacht ohne Morgen plot

The renowned lawyer Jasper Dänert is mortally ill, he does not have long to live. Yet there is something Jasper still wants to finish before his death. In 1992, when he was a public prosecutor in Potsdam, he had led the investigation into the murder of a 16-year-old boy who had been found in a forest spot. His identity was never found and the perpetrator was never arrested. Now 20 years later, Jasper wants this case to be solved and that justice is done.
