Ga-bi plot
At the end of the 19th century, the Russian sniper Ilyich and his sweetheart Tanya are forced by the Japanese officer Sadako to kill King Gojong. The mission is called Operation Gabi. Should Ilyich and Tanya fail, they will face the death penalty. While Gojong goes into hiding because his wife was murdered by a Japanese hit man, he works on the future of the Korean Empire.
