Hoy No Tuve Miedo plot

In the first half of this intimate study of everyday life on the outskirts of a small provincial town, we follow sisters Ara and Marian and their friend Belén with her dog Lulu. The whole unfolds as a collection of impressions and moods. Moped rides on dirt roads, work, hanging out with friends, family photos, dancing, Christmas preparations. A jacket found in a second-hand shop will lead to the sisters reuniting with their father. The second part of the film is a combination of documentary and fiction. A woman's visit to a psychiatrist is embedded in a veritable stream of images - workers, landscapes and above all lots of parties. A film crew comes into view, and we even catch a glimpse of the actresses from the first half.
