Ik Zal Uw Naam Niet Noemen plot

Artist and award-winning children's book writer Ted van Lieshout is taking a big step. Not only is he putting the finishing touches to his first adult book, but he's also chosen to tackle a controversial topic. In his novel 'My Meneer' he describes a radical event from his youth, the contact with a pedophile man. For the documentary 'Ik Zal Uw Naam Niet Callen', he allows director Arno Kranenborg during the laborious production of the book, and his discussions with family and friends. The book and documentary focus on the author's struggle with the theme of the love between an adult and a child.
