Desperately Seeking Santa plot

Jennifer, a young, ambitious woman runs a shaky shopping center in Boston. In order to keep the old mall and its job, a contest is made: "Who's the new Santa?" David tries to save his father's pizza parlor and eventually wins the competition. Sparks fly from him and Jennifer. However, complications arise when it is revealed that the company Jennifer works for is the same that is trying to close down David's family business.
