A bandit calls himself 'Passin' Through' and is a sort of Robin Hood-esque bandit. He grew up as an orphan himself and now robs the rich in order to eventually be able to found an orphanage with the proceeds. In his disguise, he encounters Bud Fraser, the man who killed his father.
