After sniper Jeff is left for dead in a bloody shooting, Jeff tracks down the gunman and his beautiful mistress in New Orleans. But when Jeff takes revenge on both of them, he is blackmailed by a powerful crime boss. This boss wants Jeff to be part of his organization. Jeff refuses, and is chased by the organization.
