In the winter of 1846, George Donner and his followers were trapped by snow in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Some of them were forced into cannibalism to survive. 150 years later, a group of teenagers go skiing in the same place. When members of the group return not only dead, but even half-eaten, they realize they are in trouble.
