Highpoint plot
An unnamed "friendly head of state" of the United States is becoming less and less respectful of the interests of the "Big Brother". The CIA decides to call in the mafia to dethrone the head of state and make way for a better "friend". A mediator is also appointed in the person of James Hatcher, an eccentric playboy. The preparations are in full swing and the reward for the mafia is already with the mediator, when the head of state is unexpectedly deposed and replaced by the people themselves.
