Tarzan and the Golden Lion plot
A haggard-looking old man emerges from the jungle near the estate of Lord Greystoke, also known as Tarzan. The excited man tells a story about a lost city, high in the mountains, and a fabulous diamond mine. The miners are slaves, and their masters are merciless murderous idol worshipers. Lord Greystoke, his wife Lady Jane, his sister Betty and her fiancé Jack are initially skeptical about the story. That soon changes, however, when the man pulls out a bag of diamonds. Unfortunately, the conversation was overheard by Esteban, a dangerous criminal. Together with his companion, the outcast warrior Owaza, he captures the old man and Betty. They force them to lead the way to the lost city. Tarzan and his "golden lion" Jad give chase.
