The Fabulous Bastard from Chicago plot

The year is 1927 and criminal Steve Desmond is in trouble. He has several gangsters after him. His biggest rival, Fats Purcelli, is eager to take over his territory. Since Steve is always outsmarting everyone, Fats sends a woman after him. She must seduce him with the aim of luring him into a trap. However, Steve discovers through the woman that his rival has a daughter. He devises a plan to kidnap her.
