Jason, a doctor with an important clientele, introduces Gretchen to his friend Shane, whose advertising company is looking for an artist. Shane hires her, begins to give her career advice and help her find a professional identity, something she never got with her husband Brent. Worried that Gretchen is going to leave him for Shane, Brent hires Lonnie to kill her and Shane with the intention of making it look like a robbery. He also blames Jason for introducing Gretchen to Shane. So if anyone deserves Jason's beautiful wife Casey, it's him.
