After her mother's death, 32-year-old Elisa is given custody of her troubled teenage sister Audrey. At the last wish of their mother, they scatter his ashes at Mont Saint-Michel, the home of the family. In the town, Elisa meets many faces from the past, including her childhood sweetheart Romain and her boyfriend Yann. But on the night of the spring equinox, during the famous high tide that cuts the city off from the mainland, Audrey disappears with the mayor's daughter. When the tide drops again, the daughter washes up on the beach. Audrey is immediately suspected of murder...
