Forgiven plot
1878. 'Jake Kincaid is released from prison for a crime he did not commit. He wants to take revenge on those responsible for his conviction, but he also wants to find the gold that he allegedly stole. His search takes him to the small town of Fairplay, California, where Jake learns that love is more powerful than hate and that redemption is more valuable than gold.
