In a setting of 'maximum security and maximum care', the team of Pavilion 7 must try to break through the serious psychological crises of detainees. Because it is a correctional institution, employees of the Penitentiary Psychiatric Center (PPC) are allowed to take far-reaching measures that are not allowed in regular mental health care. Such as the use of handcuffs, forcibly administering medication or facing dangerous patients with helmet and shield.
