Killing Car plot

A Chinese beauty uses her charms to lure her victims and then apparently shoots them for no reason at all. According to a fixed ritual, she then places a miniature car on the dead body. Two inspectors take charge of the case and go in search of her. Meanwhile, the killer continues her macabre game. She visits a man with a bandaged face, tells him her job is done, and then kills him too. But what is her motivation?
