Die Glatzkopfbande plot

August 1961. Former member of the Foreign Legion King has brought together a gang of hooligans with whom he is making trouble in East Germany. Sloppy work on a construction site, resulting in an accident that kills two people, causes them to move to a campsite by the Baltic Sea. With sputtering mopeds, loud radios and occasional eruptions, King and his gang make the lives of the other vacationers miserable. This is short-lived, however, as Lieutenant Czernik discovers the link between the gang and the earlier accident at the construction site. To prevent them from fleeing to West Berlin, he must arrest the gang members one by one, with King being the last.
