Mark Gatiss takes you through horror history from 1920 to about 1980 in this 3-part documentary. In the first part, Frankenstein Goes to Hollywood, he focuses on classics from the 1920s-40s, such as Dracula and Frankenstein. The second part, Home Counties Horror, examines the influence of the Hammer films and the final part, The American Scream, looks at the rise and influence of slasher films on the horror genre.
