"NOW SHE'S HIS NURSE. SOON SHE'LL BE HIS VICTIM."

Nurse Maggie Healey (Linda Blair) works at a hospital experimenting with electronic sleep induction, a form of very deep sedation. She soon notices that the doctor in charge of the ward is somewhat disturbed and has strange ideas. When a patient dies, she tries to call the authorities with the only result that her own life is in danger.
