Foeksia de Miniheks plot

Wizard Kwark finds an egg in the Witches' Forest, from which a little girl hatches. It is a mini witch, which he calls Foeksia. Foeksia goes to Witch School to learn magic. The school is led by Miss Minuul, who has a crush on Kwark. Foeksia gives father Kwark a lot of headaches, because she is curious about the human world. When Foeksia sees boy Tommie in the forest, her curiosity wins and she visits Tommie in the human city. There she finds out that Tommie's uncle Bob wants to flatten the Witch Woods to build a highway. Foeksia will have to save the Witches' Forest together with Tommie. Film adaptation of the book of the same name by Paul van Loon.
