"Cause and Effect - is Kama"
The China of ancient legends is terrorized by the Clan of the Heavenly Dragon, who terrorize the population with a horde of poisonous bats. An ambitious civil servant takes advantage of the chaos that has arisen and seizes power. On the pretext of mastering the situation, he convenes an assembly of all existing martial schools and communities. He knows that this will further strengthen his power, because his opponents will fight each other.
