The Quarrel plot

"They have one afternoon to reclaim their friendship... and their faith."

Two Holocaust survivors meet again in Montreal in 1948. Hersh(Saul Rubinek) and Chaim(RH Thomson) were childhood friends. The first was strengthened in his faith by the terrible war experiences, the other distanced himself from his faith precisely because of this. Together they reminisce and argue passionately about their actions, religions, old wounds and their friendship.
