Murder Motel plot

The Woodheath Motel is an unorthodox establishment, where the innocent-looking owner Sam settles for a certain amount of money with your enemies. Unsuspectingly, Michael Spencer and his sister Helen sneak into the motel to snoop around a coworker, but pull on the receiving end of the motel's unique service. Looking for her boyfriend Michael, Kathy checks into the hotel. She finds herself in a nightmare when both she and the owner begin to become suspicious of each other's intentions.
